Finding That Version of You
Where is she?
The version of you who doesn’t compare her life, her body, her blessings, or her pace to anyone else’s.
The version who wakes up and finds joy in just being — knowing that she is enough because God says she is.
Somewhere along the way, the noise of the world got louder.
We started scrolling, watching, and measuring our worth by what others are doing, saying, or achieving. And before we knew it, that peaceful version of ourselves — the one content with God’s timing — got buried beneath comparison, pressure, and doubt.
But she’s still in there.
The version of you that simply wants to please God and rest in His approval, not people’s applause.
The one who looks in the mirror and doesn’t need validation to feel seen, because she knows He already sees her.
That version of you waits quietly for you to stop chasing and start listening.
She’s ready to breathe again — free from the need to perform, prove, or compete.
She wants you to remember: your purpose was never meant to look like theirs. Your race is sacred, personal, and perfectly designed by the One who called you.
So today, find her again.
Let her rise — the version of you who prays more than she scrolls, who loves herself as she’s growing, and who finds peace in simply walking with God.
Because at the end of the day, when all is said and done, it’s not about them.
It’s about you and Him.
✨ “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” – Matthew 6:33
🕊️ Reflection / Prayer:
Lord, help me to find her again — the version of me that rests in Your love and not in the world’s approval.
Teach me to be content with who I am becoming in You.
Silence the voices of comparison, doubt, and pressure that try to steal my peace.
Remind me that my worth isn’t measured by achievements, likes, or opinions — but by Your grace and the purpose You’ve placed within me.
Let me walk each day with the quiet confidence that You are pleased when I seek You first.
May I live to honor You and be proud of the woman I am when the day ends — even if no one else sees it.
Amen. 🤍
